TacTic unloaders consist of a series of arms raised by pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders. These arms are used to raise an inspected piece from the output idler section and roll it onto Model 150 Output Storage Rails or a Model 190 Series Sorting Rack. The piece weight ratings in lbs/ft for the various unloader models are: Model 187; Model 188 lb/ft; and Model 188L (Hydraulic); 40, 55, and 100 lbs/ft (60, 80 and 150 kg/m respectively).

“Heavy Duty” Testers are powered either by a 7.5 HP motor (76F) or by a 10 HP motor (76G).


Ultrasonic Inspection Systems for Flat-Sided Material Squares, Rectangles, Hexagonals, Strip


These testers use pneumatically raised transducer coupling shoes in one or more dual probe carriers that contact rotating material from underneath.


These testers are designed to handle material sizes ranging from 2 1/2 to 7 inches (63-178 mm).
